  • “Another good recipe,Caryn.I made this for supper tonite and we loved it.I didn’t have any pepperoni so I used some smoked sausage and I added some bell peppers. This was a perfect Friday supper. Thanks again!!!”

  • “easy and good.”

  • “My wife and I really enjoyed this. It was very easy to make and delicious. I did make some changes. I used ham instead of pepperoni and I used a little mor onion (1/2 small onion) and I used cheddar cheese instead of swiss and lastly I added some fresh mushrooms. Was very, very good and I will definately make it again.”

  • “I used spinach and bacon in this instead and it was tasty, however it didn’t set.It was soupy and the crust got soggy so my family didn’t eat too much of it although they did say it had a good taste.I always use skim milk and wonder if that may be why it was soupy.I think next time I will cut the milk down to 1/2 cup and add an extra egg instead and see if my results turn out any better. Will definitely keep this thanks :)”

  • “1/2 cup of milk is good enough. One cup was just to much.Other than that it was pretty good.”

  • “ok, i don;t like quiche so am not rating. The husband does and ate the WHOLE pan…he rarely eats much of what I cook! The 4 yr old wansm’t thrilled but ate it…the 8 yr old wasn’t on boardoh well…WILL make again. Like other reviewes, used 4 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, Used smoked sausage insread of pepperonim and added fresh garlic/mushroom. THNX!”

  • “This was really good! I had some leftover seitan pepperoni I needed to use, followed the spice recommendations, used 4 eggs and 3/4 cup milk, mozzarella and feta cheese. Oh, and I used a whole-wheat tortilla instead of the pie shell. Well, I guess I didn’t really follow the recipe very much, but it was still awesome. Thanks!”

  • “I agree w/marykaia.It IS good as a leftover.I too used diced ham, but think I’ll add more veggies next time. Thanks for sharing!”

  • “Love this recipe.I have never made with the pepperoni but used diced ham instead. Great as leftover too.”

  • “I used a frozen pie shell and substituted spinach for pepperoni. Use eggbeaters and soy milk…no oregano, salt or garlic powder. I did add freshly grated nutmeg. Okay, so I pretty much changed the recipe to be a bit more vegetarian and heart healthy. It tasted delicious. Thank you.”

  • “Read so many quiche recipes that I pre-baked the pie shell for 8 minutes. It wasn’t soggy. I also used 4 eggs and 1/2 c milk (because we get a dozen eggs per day from our hens). The quiche tasted pretty good. Net time I’ll use a deep dish pie crust though.”

  • “This was great!I added different things that I had on hand. This is a great recipe”

  • “Delicious! What else is there to say.Perfect for a get together with your girlfriends, in fact that is where I served mine and we yummed it right up!”

  • “This recipe was divine! My husband thought I was a gourmet! I substituted manchego cheese and cheddar for the mozzarella and swiss, and sautéd half an onion until brown in some bacon fat and added that to the egg mixture. I used a little pepperoni I had on hand and added some thin sliced deli ham to complete the half cup. You could add whatever kind of meat or vegetable to this recipe with great results. I highly recommend this quick, easy, and delicious recipe!”

  • “I had never made a quiche before. Further, I had no flour on hand, and so many quiche recipes seemed to require it. I saw your recipe and the good reviews, so I went for it. The only difference for me was that, instead of pepperoni, I chopped up a few pieces of honey ham deli slices. Everything else was the same. It was so delicate and delicious!! My husband, who had never had quiche before, was amazed and wolfed down several slices. I now will get to enjoy making/creating my own quiches, thanks to the good start from this recipe. Thanks! It was delicious!!”

  • “This was the first quiche I ever made and it was delicious!!!I added some tomato and mushroom, had no garlic powder so left it out and subbed basil for the oregano – it was just great – we loved it.Thanks for sharing, Caryn.”

  • “This was great!I never thought about putting pepperoni ina Quiche but it tasted wonderful.I also added in some mushrooms too for a little veggies. The mixture set nicely unlike some Quiche recipes I’ve tried where it still is soupy.”

  • “I followed the recipe and this quiche turned out to be delicious. My two children 8 & 10 helped make it. I was a little bit leary of the pepperoni initially, but my son loves it so we decided to try it.The real kicker was that the doggone thing is BETTER the second day!I was shocked.I will make this often. It would be great with broccoli or any other veg if you didn’t want to use the pepperoni. Thanks for a really good recipe.”

  • “this was a yummy recipe. I did subsitute the fillings with ham, sauted onion and green pepper. It was sooo yummy! “
