“I wanted a really great-tasting, easy-to-make homemade garlic bread to serve with a pasta dish I made for the first dinner I cooked for my new sweetie.I had some mozzarella cheese in the fridge so I sprinkled some of that on top too and voila!Turned out great and he was so impressed!”
“Nice garlic bread and broiling with the bread split in half gives a great grilled texture and makes it look great. I thought maybe it needed a bit of extra tang – maybe a few light spices such as tarragon and parsely or perhaps some pepper / chilli to liven it up. That was only me though and will depend on tastes – my girlfriend raved about it.”
