Ingredients
1/2 cupbrown sugar, packed
2tablespoonscornstarch
1teaspoonground mustard
1 1/2 cupswater
1/2 cupwhite raisins
2tablespoonswhite vinegar
2tablespoonslemon juice
1/4 teaspoonlemon, rind of
2tablespoons butter or 2tablespoonsmargarine
Directions
In a saucepan combine brown sugar, cornstarch and mustard.
Stir in water, raisins, vinegar, lemon juice and lemon peel until blended.
Bring to a boil and cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
