  • Ingredients

  • 4 -6largecarrots, grated
  • 1smallred cabbage, grated
  • 1/2 cupcurrants( if dry soak in water for 10 mins and drain well)
  • 3freshly squeezed lemons
  • 3tablespoons balsamic vinegar or 3tablespoonsred wine vinegar
  • salt
  • 1tablespoonsumaq
  • 1tablespoondill weed
  • chopped cilantro orchopped parsley
  • 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • Directions

  • Toss all the ingredients together and chill for an hour and serve.
