A stunning and high quality assistant de memoire from France. It is in silver and has leaves of a valuable bone-like product. The ornate decor is different on both sides, and the leaves are riveted into the within each cover. The original chain and leaded pencil are still undamaged.

The major piece procedures just under 2.5 inches high and 1.75 inches large. The pencil measures about 3 inches and the chain has to do with 8 inches end-to-end. Pencil does not retract and it might have once had a cover. Pencil and chain can be removed (you might need to cut the chain).
