“BenRoss- It said 9 pieces; NOT 9 servings…: )”
“I didn’t want to add a rating because I have not cooked this but, how could this possibly feed 9. We have roast meatbird at home and it will only feed 4-5 so how can 1 chicken feed 9? Don’t take offence I was just wondering.”
“Great recipe! I use the gluten-free Rice Krispies to make an alternative to boneless chicken wings for my fiance. Turns out great every time! Thank you!”
“I think cutlets work best.I’ve found having some Franks buffalo sauce or similar on the sidecures my craving for wings and its healthier to boot!”
“I tried this and the chicken came out very greasy.Am I doing something wrong? The coating wasn’t crispy at all.I want to try this again but would love some feedback first.
My husband enjoys spicy food so I did add a little hot sauce to the egg and some crushed red pepper to the Rice Krispies.I only did this for a few pieces so I know this wasn’t the reason it was so greasy.”
“Not good at all!!”
“Really really good! I cut some chicken breasts in half and added some spice to the coating to make gluten-free chicken fingers. Thanks for the recipe!”
“My grandmother made this for me all the time. It has always been a childhood favorite. If you don’t have rice crispies, corn flakes work great as well.”
“I thought this was exceptional… quick and easy but tasted like I slaved over a hot stove all day.Definitely my kind of recipe! I made it last night and this morning my husband asked me when we were having it again. Thanks for posting!”
“Loved this one..I used boneless chicken breast and after I put the breast in the pan, I drizzled over the extra butter, turned out nice and crispy. My son LOVES rice crispies, so we really enjoyed this one. Thanks for the good idea!”
“Delicious! This was easy to put together on a busy weeknight. I reduced the recipe for just the two of us, whizzed the rice crispies through the food processor and added a bit of poultry seasoning. One hour at 350* was perfect and this will definitely go on our “Frequent” list.”
“i agree, how big is this chicken? the size of a small buzzard? i am now going to try this out, butnot with a buzzard.it sounds fab so watch this space for a review.”
