This is a charming Turned Wooden Hair Stick, that is formed from Lignum Vitae for the topper and Holly for the body. It has a total general length of roughly 7 1/2 inches (19.05 cm) and a functional length of 6 1/2 inches (16.51 cm). The topper is 1 inch (2.54 cm).
We desired to make a bit longer usable length for those who have bigger buns or similar to to have parts of the hair stick showing. This is the First listing where we cut groves in the topper and filled them with a black resin to provide a pattern. Then it was included to the Holly and allowed to dry for 7 days before forming. We think this one turned out truly interesting.
There are three coats of Danish oil and a coat of wax. It is very smooth so will not capture in your hair.
The Wooden Hair Stick noted is the one you will certainly receive.
All of the turnings are done freedom. No patterns were used.
