September Catalog Sneak Peek: #fpselfieedition

Can you remember a time before Instagram? It’s crazy how social media channels can take off and become part of our everyday life seemingly overnight. They change the way we interact and the way we capture the world around us. I’ve always been one to shy away from social media, so it took me a little while to warm up to Instagram. But now, I love it. I love that it is purely visual, and it’s a fun way to see the world through other people’s eyes. Not to mention, it has become quite a powerful platform for photography – I have discovered some amazing talent through this app. Our September catalog, which we’re calling #fpselfieedition, pays homage to this powerful social media tool by featuring a large variety of models, bloggers, musicians, and artists, and their social media accounts. Each image plays on the idea of the selfie, and mimicks the format of Instagram with the location of the photo and clever captions. It’s so much fun to look through – stay tuned to shop the full catalog next week and for an announcement on Monday about a fun sweepstakes to go along with it!
