All pearls are made with colors that are United States Licensed Food Colors and are made in the U.S.A
Fondant and colors are likewise Kosher Qualified by the CRC.
Why would you wish to use fondant pearls? Well truthfully when I first started making them I had a couple of individual goals in mind. First they had to look as real as possible. I desired bling … shine and radiance, not some slightly pearly looking hard sugar pearls. Secondly, I wanted to be able to put them on my cake and not need to remove them prior to serving it. They needed to be soft sufficient to consume with the cake, not some difficult crunchy thing home owner could break a tooth on. And as any individual that has cut a wedding cake will agree … cutting a huge cake can be stressful, often you can not cut quickly enough for all those starving visitors so not having to get rid of stuff is a BIG plus. And finally the pearls had to enhance the cake’s flavor and not eliminate from it.
So to sum all this up … these pearls are soft, made with a terrific tasting vanilla fondant, and are stunningly stunning. They are the ideal addition to any unique reward.
How many will you get per purchase?
100 + pearls … I include a couple of extra for great measure or for taste testing!
STORAGE:
They will show up in a plastic container. Keep them in this until you prepare to utilize them otherwise if they are exposed to air they will harden after a few weeks. They store best at room temperature level. Do not freeze or refrigerate the pearls as this will condensation and cause them to stick together in the container. If they are currently on a cake that is being saved in a fridge or freezer then that’s okay. No issues there.

Because the pearls are handcrafted please permit 7 days lead time. The default shipping is USPS priority mail, additional shipping techniques are readily available for an extra charge.
