Smoked Turkey And Corn Chowder

  • Ingredients

  • 6ouncessmoked turkey breast, diced
  • 1mediumonion, diced
  • 2stalkscelery, diced
  • 1largepotato, diced
  • 4cupschicken broth
  • 1/4 cupgreen chili, mild,chopped( canned)
  • 1lbcorn( frozen)
  • 1/2 cupcream
  • salt and pepper
  • Directions

  • Place all ingredients (except cream) in a soup pot.
  • Slowly bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer until the vegetables are soft (about 1 hour).
  • Whisk in the cream and simmer for 20 minutes longer.
  • Serve warm.
