    “This is a great way for women to get in the soy that they need. You can use a soy yogurt to make this a completely vegan drink.”


  • 12ouncessilken tofu
  • 4cupsnonfat yogurt( plain or berry)
  • 4cups fresh strawberries or 4cupsfrozen strawberries
  • Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  • Pour into four glasses and serve.

  • “Well, I have to admit something.I made this and thought “it’s so so.It’s a about a 3.”Then I let it sit and it got a lot better!So I think this smoothie needs to sit for about 5 minutes for the flavors to blend correctly.I halved the recipe because there was no way I could get that much into my blender!And it still made what I would consider about 4 servings.I used organic fat free vanilla yogurt which imparted some sweetness.Had I used fat free plain yogurt I would have added a little vanilla extract and some sweetner.This is a classic strawberry smoothie with the added benefit of soy.Thanks so much!!”
