Ingredients
3cupsflour
2cupssugar
1teaspoonbaking soda
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspooncinnamon
3eggs
1 1/2 cupsoil
1cupchopped pecans
1cupcoconut
2cupsdried bananas
1cancrushed pineapple, drained
1 1/2 teaspoonsvanilla
Directions
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Add blended egg and oil.
Add remaining 5 ingredients.
Grease and flour loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
