    Ingredients

  • 3cupsflour
  • 2cupssugar
  • 1teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1teaspoonsalt
  • 1teaspooncinnamon
  • 3eggs
  • 1 1/2 cupsoil
  • 1cupchopped pecans
  • 1cupcoconut
  • 2cupsdried bananas
  • 1cancrushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 1/2 teaspoonsvanilla
  • Directions

  • Mix first 5 ingredients.
  • Add blended egg and oil.
  • Add remaining 5 ingredients.
  • Grease and flour loaf pans.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes.
