    Ingredients

    For Cake

  • 2cupssugar
  • 2eggs
  • 1teaspoonvanilla
  • 2teaspoonsbaking soda
  • 2cupsflour
  • 1/2 cupwalnuts, chopped
  • 1 (20ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
  • For Frosting

  • 8ouncescream cheese, softened
  • 1/2-1cupbutter
  • 1teaspoonvanilla
  • 1 3/4 cupspowdered sugar
  • 1/2 cupnuts
  • Directions

  • For Cake, mix the first 7 ingredients together VERY WELL by hand.
  • Bake for 35-45 minutes at 350*.
  • Mix all Frosting ingredients together and spread on cake after it cools.
