“This was good, but I found the onion and garlic, especially the onion,overwhelmed everything else. I also wasn’t sure whether the basil should be fresh or dried. I used fresh, and sprinkled on some dried oregano for good measure. Neither was very noticeable, so I suspect it should have been dried. “
