The Snow that Stopped Atlanta. A Hand-dyed in the Snow Bamboo Tee (medium) by dyedianadye
71,00 USD
We do not get a lot of snow in Atlanta, however this year we got 2 big storms – the first one shut the city down, leaving thousands of vehicle drivers stranded on the roads for hours. Fortunately, I headed home just 15 minutes before the crush started and instantly set to snow dyeing. There’s a special appearance you obtain from dyeing in the snow, some incredible crystalline patterns and color separations. Anyhow, this is one. Zoom in and take a look at the color!
And naturally, I needed to print it with a grid of polka dots making use of a vintage woodblock, right? It was the snow that stopped Atlanta (and made this shirt!)
All the color is color, not repaint, so it will never ever split or fade and the fabric is consistently smooth and soft.
