  • About This Recipe

    “This recipe was given to me by my sister-in-law. I love this, especially in cooler weather. I usually make country gravy (from the package) to pour over the tuna patties. The gravy adds something to it.”

    Ingredients

  • 1cupbreadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cupgreen onion
  • 1/2 cupBisquick
  • 1teaspoonhoney mustard
  • pepper
  • 2eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2canstuna
  • 2teaspoonsbutter
  • Directions

  • Stir all ingredients together (except butter).
  • Melt butter over medium heat.
  • Shape tuna mixture into patties and fry, turning once.

I also only used 1/2 c. of breading 1/2c. of pancake mix. I thought it was about right..it turned out somewhat dry, so next time, i might add 1/4c. of each.
