Ingredients
1lbwhite button mushrooms, diced
1cupmonterey jack cheese, shredded
1/4 cup bacon, finely crumbled or 1/4 cupimitation bacon bits
1/2 cupsour cream
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
GARNISH
seasoned bread crumbs
4dropshot sauce
Directions
Combine the mushrooms, Monterey Jack cheese, and bacon.
Stir in the sour cream, blending well.
Blend in the Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce.
Place the mixture in a 1-quart casserole and top with the bread crumbs.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
Place in a chafing dish and serve hot.
SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Tomatoes, bell peppers, chili peppers, breadsticks.

“Oh I must say we enjoyed it a lot!!! I found it very easy to put together using habanero cheese, real bacon and salsa sour cream which I thought was sour cream when I purchased it! Yes, I do agree it`s not vert attractive but who cares when it tastes so good! Served best with tortilla chips.”
