    “A tasty and easy veggie side dish!!”

    Ingredients

  • 1canCampbell’s half-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cupsshredded swiss cheese
  • 2/3 cuplight sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper
  • 2 (16ounce) packages frozen vegetables, cooked and drained( broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
  • 2 (2 1/2 ounce) cansFrench-fried onions or 1 (6ounce) cans French-fried onions
  • Directions

  • Mix soup, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and pepper.
  • Stir in vegetables and half of the onions.
  • Spoon into 3-quart shallow baking dish.
  • Bake at 400øF.
  • for 20 minutes or until hot.
  • Stir.
  • Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions over vegetable mixture.
  • Bake 2 minutes or until onions are golden.
