About This Recipe
“A tasty and easy veggie side dish!!”
Ingredients
1canCampbell’s half-fat condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cupsshredded swiss cheese
2/3 cuplight sour cream
1/4 teaspoonpepper
2 (16ounce) packages frozen vegetables, cooked and drained( broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
2 (2 1/2 ounce) cansFrench-fried onions or 1 (6ounce) cans French-fried onions
Directions
Mix soup, 1 cup cheese, sour cream and pepper.
Stir in vegetables and half of the onions.
Spoon into 3-quart shallow baking dish.
Bake at 400øF.
for 20 minutes or until hot.
Stir.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and onions over vegetable mixture.
Bake 2 minutes or until onions are golden.
