  • “I have had to make this fudge dozens of times since the first time. It is so easy, fast and tastes wonderful.”

  • “This recipe is really sweet, but it came out great!I cut the recipe in half.I also left out the nuts (I’m a chocolate purist :-P), and did the melting stove-top.But it was super easy to make, and it poured into my pan and formed perfectly.I didn’t grease the pan (no need the fudge is so oily).Great easy recipe; thanks for sharing!UPDATE: the photo I uploaded shows just HOW GREASY this fudge is when it “cures”.I blame the Velveeta itself for that.BUT it was a hit at my work party and everyone liked it.I did notice, however, that, to me, I could taste the “shortcut” flavor. It didn’t quite have the made-from-scratch essence. But for quick fudge, it was good.”

  • “To me fudge is way to sweet! But, everyone in my family loves it!I really think that this one is one of my favorites to make.It is so easy.I made it this year and everybody asked me for the recipe.I defintly think this one is a keeper!”

  • “Just a note: Tried the suggestion of substituting cream cheese for Velveeta, which isn’t available here, if you are looking for a lovely cake frosting – give it a try…otherwise, steer clear of using cream cheese as a substitute!”

  • “This is an excellent recipe for a good creamy fudge! Also for those who don’t care for the velveeta in it, cream cheese in equal amounts can be substituted with just as tasty results.”

  • “My co-worker says this is the best fudge she ever tasted and asked me to make a batch for her this year for her son to give to his teachers for Christmas. She said hers didn’t come out as good as mine. It’s pretty fool-proof so I imagine she just doesn’t like how hard it is to stir at the end.”

  • “My sister sent me this link (thanks Lyn) and I tried it with a few changes. (1) I cut the recipe in half and it was still more than enough. (2) I added powdered espresso to give it a coffee flavor (3) Instead of cutting into traditional fudge squares, I cut smaller squares, rolled them in a ball and rolled the balls in Frans cocoa.Yum.They turned out delicious and people are devouring them at work. Thanks for the recipe.”

  • “The best fudge I’ve ever had and so easy.My friends loved it. Your recipe is being past around our town.Thank you Darlene”

  • “OMG!!!! I read all the raves, decided I had to try it. Just to be on the safe side, I only made a half batch. HUGE mistake!! It was gone in an hour! I truly sounds awful, but it is the BEST I’ve ever tasted, and I am a fudge addict! “

  • “Very good!Got rave reviews at work.Waited until after they tried it to tell them it was made with velvetta, because it just didn’t sound good to me.I thought it sounded strange enough that it might actually be good. Was I right. Thanks!”

  • “Very good fudge, I made this exactly as posted with the exception of I did not add the nuts. When I poured it in the pan to set I had my doubts about this recipe, as it seemed very gritty, and I figured it would flop. This was very easy to put together, and easy to follow instructions.”

  • “My mother made this one time, I think it was around 1980. After she passed away in 1999, I looked through her recipes, but couldn’t find it.Thanks to you and all others who posted this recipe! It really is the best, especially considering how easy it is to make!”

  • “My mom has made this recipe for years and it is always a hit. It is so creamy, it melts in your mouth — and no one can believe you when you tell them it is made out of Velveeta. It is the best fudge recipe we have made. I sure hope that others try it because they don’t know what they are missing!!!!!”

  • “Just as advertised, this stuff is very very creamy! And they’re not kidding about having to do the last 1/2 pound of powdered sugar by hand, it’s almost like bread dough at that point. I did a half batch at a time to make it easier to mix. I then added peanuts, marshmallows & choc. chips to the second half-batch to make rocky road fudge. Terrific!”

  • “This is pretty incredible fudge! I was quite skeptical about using the Velveeta recipe until it was finished. It is creamy, \”

  • “By far the best tasting fudge I ever had, and you would never know there was cheese in it. Everyone raved about it..I found it not the sugary taste like alot of fudge. The Best!! Thanks for posting it.”

  • “This is a wonderful and very easy to make fudge. It does sound odd with the cheese but it is fabulous.”
