Vintage 1930’s Mint Condition Black Velvet and Brown Hat with SEE THRU BOX by ARTCPACKRAT

Made by G.HOWARD HODGES FITH OPPORTUNITY NEW YORK. He was in business from 1928 (at that address), up until 1963. The brown is a light milk chocolate color, not gold as in 3 middle pictures. Inside diameter is 23 inches. The sequins are big. I’ve kept it in this box then decided it had to remain w/ this box so you can appreciate it when you are not using it. The plastic side has a crack however I simply put scotch tape on it to shut out the moths. It is a lightly quilted cotton Chintz, salmon pink in color. It is not misshapen or wrinkled.
