Awesome vintage gown. Estimated to be either late 1940s, or early 50s. Handmade. Uncertain exactly what the material is however is somewhat shiny … like perhaps crepe, or rayon? (Sorry I’m not excellent with material) All black with a light faded orange light linen fabric sewn on the sleeves. The collar, and all of the buttons are glass sead beaded (type of slightly irredescent like carnival glass) The condition is not perfect. There is some fading occasionally. Some of my images make it look even worse just because it was so intense out when I took them, however it is there. I believe this gown would make a remarkable Witch costume for Halloween:-RRB- Slight & quot; & quot; old & quot; odor. I have not washed this garment.
No tag, however approximated to be a women’s medium to large. Actual measurements are as follows (taken lying flat):
