I discovered these gorgeous, vintage, German die-cut and embossed crescent man-in-the-moon stickers and recreated them into a playful Halloween decor.
There are 5 different moon images: One with a black scaredy feline, a jack-o-lantern man, an adorable owl, a witch and a little flying bat. They were photographed, cleaned up, and then heat-transferred onto a piece of white wool felt for stability and resilience. I then hand-cut every one and strung them onto a 5 ‘(12.5 m) piece of baker’s twine. They are stunning reproductions, each sized about 4 inches (10cm) square. Each garland comes packaged in a cellophane envelope with ornamental header. These make terrific gifts for good friends, teachers and naturally, yourself!
The twine is 5 feet (1.5 m) long.
You can arrange the positioning of each image as you like and they will remain in place once set up. I made certain they hang upright, whether you have them drifting in space or versus something.
