This is a cool vintage product. These retractable pencil pins were commonly used by medical personnel and instructors so that they would constantly have a pencil helpful. This one is not marked that I can see however it seems the very same type as Ketcham McDougall made. Condition is excellent with very little wear. The dark areas you see in the very first photo are reflections.
