Gorgeous celebration designer dress by Victor Costa. This size 8 peplum black dress is so lovely. The front has a heart shaped opening, puffed sleeves and the bust area is described with folded pleats. The peplum skirt comes out at the waist. The sleeves are 3/4 length There is a long zipper down the back with hooks to hide the zipper in spots. The skirt in the back has pleats. The gown is completely lined, as is the peplum skirt area.
