“Very good, basic clam chowder.I thought the texture was just right, but it could hae used more flavor.I would add some herbs and/or spices next time (like thyme or parprika for example).Overall, this was enjoyable and easy to make.Thanx!”
“I sauteed the onions first, then did the rest. Added the clams at the last and 2/3 the amount of milk for a slightly thicker soup. My canned clams had some grit to them, not lovin’ that. But, the flavor was good. Enjoyable but I’m not sure I would make it again because of the grit, not the recipes fault I suppose.”
