“My kids loved this! I followed the recipe exactly and the pork chops turned out great. This was so easy to prepare also, definitely a keeper for me. Thank You!”
“Good Recipe, Chops were moist. Served with Butter Egg noodles.”
“Update: Decided to make this again and then realized I didn’t have the cream of mushroom soup.Since the chops were already browning I decided to use cream of chicken. Also sliced a few baby portabella mushrooms and added about 1 tsp of Worcestershire Sauce. Also didn’t have wild rice so just used white long grain rice.Came out excellent and tasted awesome!”
“Wonderful recipe.I used a covered casserole dish and it turned out perfect. Thanks!”
“I made this after reading all the other reviews.I didn’t add any additional salt-great tip.I added rice and used 1/2 cup of white wine and 1 1/2 cups of water.I also added Worchester sauce, garlic powder, lots of pepper (my personal taste) and good chili powder.I also seared pork chops and then cooked everything at 350 for an hour.Only complaint is that the pork chops were dry so next time I will cover and cook. The rice turned out really nice. Thanks for the recipe.”
“Yummy!I really liked the flavor and the ease of making this dish. However, it’s kind of gross to look at, I wouldn’t serve it to guests because the soup ends up looking like the skin on top of gravy that grosses me out.It doesn’t taste that way though, and is very very good. Thanks!”
“Very good recipe.I browned chops with salt, pepper and garlic. I mixed the cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix with 1 cup of converted rice and two cups of water. Poured over chops and baked covered for 1 hour.Made a great one dish meal.It was a bit salty for my taste, so I will not salt the chops before browning next time.Overall very good. Thanks for sharing.”
“Simple and delicious! Will def. be making this again. The whole family liked it. Thank you for such a simple recipe”
“This was so easy to make!!! It tasted wonderful!!! I used fresh cracked pepper, season salt and a pinch of table salt to season the chops before browning them in olive oil. Served with Angel Hair pasta w/ garlic & herb sauce. I always have all of the ingredients in my pantry. I’m sure it’d taste just as well with chicken or turkey breasts, but would probably have to adjust the time a little bit. Thanks for posting this wonderful 3 step/3 ingredient recipe!”
“These chops came out wonderfully – and the sauce was perfect. I only wish that I had made something more suitable as a side since the gravy was so delish! The only thing I might do next time is bake for longer at a slightly lower temp to make them a bit more tender. You just can’t go wrong with a 3 step, 3 ingredient recipe. Thanks for posting !”
“This was great. I would probably add a little more water next time.Sauce was a little thick. Flavor was great and the pork chops were very tender.”
“I have also made these for years, and I don’t use the onion soup either, but I always make wild rice. Very easy and satisfying!”
“I have made these for years, they are delicious!I don’t add onion soup mix.I deglaze my pan with chicken broth, and mix that in with my mushroom soup, put chops in soup mixture, and bake covered. The creaminess of this “gravy” will take alot of pepper if you like, we like pepper in ours.We serve with mashed potatos, because the sauce makes wonderful gravy.Add a little mixed veggies, and YUMMY!”
“I brined my pork chops first…didn’t need any seasoning…I also used less than a half of a pkg of the onion soup mix…after browning the chops…I poured the mushroom soup mixture into my iron skillet and deglazed the pan and poured THAT over the chops…easy and a “keeper”!!! thanx for sharing…”
“Very easy and good.I only used 1/2 of a packet of the soup mix but it still was salty.Next time I’ll only use a 1/4 of a packet.”
“This was soooo easy and very tasty.I didn’t have the exact ingredients, so I used cream of potato soup instead and added a small can of mushrooms.I also only added about half of the lipton soup mix.My husband loved it- thanks for a great recipe!”
“2 out 0f 3 of my finicky eaters, loved it.This is rare.”
