“Pretty good. I always have celery left over so this is a really good way to get rid of it. I never thought of having it as a side dish in itself. I cooked in a covered skillet instead of the oven as another suggested. It tasted like the celery from chicken noodle soup. Only 4 stars because while it’s good, I think it’s missing something…I’m not sure what.”
