  • “These are wonderful!!Very easy to make.I made a batch and they went so fast, my 12 year old son made another batch. We just couldn’t stop eating them! This is a wonderful PMS helper.”

  • “Thanks for the lovely recipe. I baked these for 15 minutes after forming into round balls. Then, let them remain in the oven for 2.5 hours, after which, I let them cool completely and then stored them in airtight containers and sent some back home:)Thanks for the wonderful recipe.I was able to make 36 of these and my family loved them as much as I did!”

  • “My husband made a comment about being hungry for something chocolate, so I secretly went online and looked up a recipe that had cocoa powder in it (since I had nothing else chocolate in the house).I found this recipe and within less than 10 minutes I handed him a plateful of the cocoa dreams. At first he looked confused that I had made something so quick without him knowing, then he was delighted when he tasted them!He ate quite a few right away and brought the rest to work where everyone else really enjoyed them!! Thanks for this great recipe- it’s quick and yummy…a great combination!!”

  • “Inez, these are just wonderful and so easy to make too. What a great recipe for those hot days when you don’t want to turn on the oven. Will definately be making these again.”

  • “I make these sweets all the time, just not with peanut butter.I will definately try.I usuallymake mine with 2cups oats and I cup coconut.Thought you might want to try that variation”

  • “I had nothing in the house and really needed a sweet.I whipped these up in a matter of minutes and ate half of them just as fast!I let some set at room temp and let some set in the fridge.I found they set up better at room temperature (the recipe really didn’t specify). They’re so good–I have yet to find someone who doesn’t go bananas for them!”

  • “What more can I say that hasn’t already been said, other than you have some really neat recipes.Made for COMFORT CAFE Snow Queen version, 2010.Please, God, let me freeze these before DH and I eat them ALL!Thank goodness I only made half a recipe. These are just the ticket to satisfy the chocolate craving without being obnoxiously sweet. They have a nice density about them because of the oatmeal.AND, of course, so wonderfully easy to make. Can’t wait to share with grand kiddies. That is, if I can steal some away to the freezer!!Thanks so much MizzNezz for a fun treat.”

  • “Fast and easy and brings me back to my childhood.Chef1MOM sent me this way in the Comfort Cafe thread and I’m so glad she did.Made these for tomorrow’s Super Bowl and they are just what I needed.”

  • “THESE are FAST!! Ok and then they go fast as well. DS g/f was over and said, “OH MY my favorite cookies and snatched a few. She said if I left them on the counter they would be gone! I am now starting a second batch. I did not get as many as stated, I guess I made them too large. I only made 32. These are great for fast desserts and if someone comes by I can now whip something up to please the chocolate palate! Thank You Miss Nezz. Made for Comfort Cafe 2009”

  • “Whipped these up in about 10 mins. to send back to college with my kids.Put them in cute to-go boxes. They are truly addictive…although not that fattening. Thanks, I’ll be making these again.”

  • “Great no bake cookies! They turned out great with all natural peanut butter. Still nice and sweet.”

  • “Excellent recipe -fast, easy and made from ingredients that I usually have on hand.I spooned the mix into muffin paper liners. This was an easy way to make treats as a gift. Also, I have used this as a layer in cheesecake.I pour it into a graham cracker crust (chocolate or plain) and put the cheesecake layer on top. This is FANTASTIC!!!Try this one and see for yourself…”

  • “i lost my recipie for these cookies, and lucky for me i Mizz Nezz had one for me.they turned out just like i remembered, but i did add about 3TBSP of flour just to thicken it up a bit!thank you for a great recipie!”

  • “These are awesome no-bake snacksI’ll make again and again. It’s easy and fast to prepare too! They taste real good with crunchy nut butter. Thanks!”

  • “I made these today, and must have done something wrong.I followed the recipe but found them to be very, very soft. They just refused to ‘firm up’ Had to put them in the frig in order to ‘pack’ them in a container. Are they supposed to be this soft? I used the 2 cups of oats/1 cup of coconut.I noted the comment just now by Charisma .. that she ‘baked’ them. So, would appreciate some ideas as to what I may have done wrong. Thanks:)”
