  • 1bagel
  • 2teaspoonsmargarine, melted
  • 1teaspoonoregano, dried
  • Directions

  • Using a very sharp serrated knife, slice bagel into very thin rounds.
  • Arrange in single layer on baking sheet; brush with margarine.
  • Sprinkle with oregano.
  • Bake in 350F oven for 12 minutes.
  • Let cool and store in airtight container for up to 1 week.

  • “I love to buy bagel chips at the deli but these are better.I purchased day old bagels & froze them for about an hour to make slicing easier.I also experimented with onion salt and garlic instead of oregano.They all tasted great but oregano has the best flavor.I melted a little cheese on some – yum!”
