This listing includes THREE workout e-books that I created in 2015-2016. They are digital downloads – nothing will be mailed to you. They are old but my Instagram friends requested that I list them in the shop so here we are! Please note that while these are still the types of workouts that I do, my eating is quite different. I still choose to eat mostly whole, real foods but I don’t use the term “clean eating” anymore. Be Fit. 28-Day Workout Plan + Meal Guide (90 pages) Workouts can be done from home but minimal equipment is required: dumbbells, resistance bands, step/box, jump rope, kettlebell, exercise ball NOTES: 1. You will receive 2 zip files that contain all 3 programs within them.
