“This was a good basic recipe. I changed a few little things and it was delicious! Also good to make ahead of time, just refrigerate and bake at a later time. Don’t add the cheese on top until you are ready to bake.”

“This is a good mac and cheese!I think I added too many noodles because it was not very creamy.I used American cheese and a medium sharp cheddar.Only change I made was to add salt when I mixed in the noodles before baking.Made for I Recommend Tag.”

“I used this as a base to make some spicy crawfish mac. Its SO GOOD! Used tillamook extrasharp with 1/4 C of pecorino romano, added 1t. oregano, 1T pepper, 1T mustard powder, Spicy pepper, 1 Serrano, garlic to the butter flour saute, and some chopped scallions and a generous cup or so of craw tails to the noodle mix. I may have gained 5 pounds tonite. Thanks for such a great base recipe!”
