    “A cool tossed salad”


  • 1headlettuce
  • 2cucumbers
  • 1bunchradish
  • 1smallred onion
  • 3stalkscelery
  • 2clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1/4 cupchopped pecans
  • 1ouncered wine vinegar
  • 1/2 ounceolive oil
  • 2ouncesof good croutons
  • Directions

  • Cut up all vegetables with a non-reactive knife.
  • place in bowl add vinegar and oil and toss.
  • let set in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to meld together, and serve cool with crouton’s.
