Soap nuts and soapwort root both include saponins, which are a natural surfactant/ detergent. Papaya leaf is naturally antibiotic and posesses a light cleansing ability. Together, the three make a fantastic fabric baby diaper safe laundry cleaning agent! I discovered I liked this combination much better than soap nuts alone.
