If you’re looking to add a challenging element to your workout routine, there’s nothing quite like a good upper body workout to put you and your bod to the test. Today, Ashley Rufo of CorePower Yoga is back with the next installment of our month-long New Year, New You series with a seriously muscle-testing set of poses that will leave you feeling strong. Once you’ve mastered the moves in the video below, string them together with week 1, week 2 and week 3 for a full body sweat session and check back next week for the final installment.
