This listing is for dark bay black alpaca! I simply have too much to spin. The micron is 16 and the staple length is practically 4. Super soft for such a dark fleece! Shorn this spring! Soft and super great crimp! This was a cria fleece and likewise a bit dustier but it is sooo soft. You can mix this with white, grey, or black cormo for a delicious soft yarn, or I have some merino I prepare to blend it with! And silk too! Its just beautiful! Or spin it by itself lace for a lovely shawl!
I looked for years for a fleece like this so this is my personal stash and I am only parting with roughly half the fleece.
