In Egyptian mythology, Sekhmet was originally the warrior goddess of Upper Egypt. She is depicted as a lioness, the fiercest hunter known to the Egyptians. It was stated that her breath developed the desert. She was seen as the protector of the home, youngsters and household.
This little cat spirit doll is embellished with beads and a small Egyptian guard. She is covered with art fibers and yarn. Her sweet face was handcrafted with polymer clay.
