Ingredients
1/2 lbsmall shrimp, peeled
1/2 cupmargarine
1/2 cupcelery, sliced
1/4 cupgreen onion, sliced
2smalltomatoes, quartered and in half
1/8 teaspoongarlic
1lbrice
Directions
Cook rice in a separate pan.
Saute green onion andcelery.
Add shrimp and garlic; when done add tomatoes.
Placeover rice.
