  • 1/2 lbsmall shrimp, peeled
  • 1/2 cupmargarine
  • 1/2 cupcelery, sliced
  • 1/4 cupgreen onion, sliced
  • 2smalltomatoes, quartered and in half
  • 1/8 teaspoongarlic

  • Directions

  • Cook rice in a separate pan.
  • Saute green onion andcelery.
  • Add shrimp and garlic; when done add tomatoes.
  • Placeover rice.
